Replacement case for the Pebble 2 Smartwatch This is the source stl for the case which is available to buy printed at Shapeways: https://www.shapeways.com/product/UAMY5GZSQ/pebble-2-smartwatch-replacement-case Do you have failing or disintegrating buttons on your Pebble 2? Do you want a more permanent fix than replacement buttons or sugru to fix the holes? If so, please read on! If you don't want to replace the whole case, you might prefer to just replace the buttons (https://www.shapeways.com/product/ANHBW4GHU/pebble-2-buttons-all-in-one-plain) If you do want a new case: This case is the result of a 4 month collaboration between me and Tation (the world's most avid pebble collector). The current version here is version 42! In addition to the new case, you will need the following: - A Pebble 2 SE or Pebble 2 HR (of course) - A (preferably non-functioning) classic (OG) Pebble watch, from which you will need to remove all four buttons, making sure to keep all the button c-clips, o-rings and springs. - The original back plate from your Pebble 2 (this case doesn't replace that piece) - Some silicone, sugru or B7000 glue to fix the glass and back plate in place (only a very thin bead is needed). Taking apart the Pebble 2 is straightforward, if a little fiddly, and here's Tation's photoguide to most of the steps: https://imgur.com/a/cvdagKI Removing the LCD is the trickiest part. I found it easiest to snip the sides off the original case bit by bit, then wiggle the top and bottom…
