Beschreibung

This model is a minimalist modular cone made from three interlocking parts. The pieces are designed to print without supports and then mechanically lock together during assembly. I originally designed this cone for rollerblading/slalom practice, but it can easily be used for many other purposes such as: skating drills sports training agility exercises obstacle markers general practice cones Because the cone prints in separate pieces, it is easy to print, transport, and replace parts if needed. Printing No supports required PLA or PETG recommended Print parts in the provided orientation Bridging note The ring contains a 10 mm wide hole where the final locking piece inserts. This requires the printer to bridge a 10 mm gap. Most printers should handle this, but results may vary depending on cooling and bridging settings. Assembly Instructions The cone locks together in three steps: Insert the lower cone piece Take the cone part with the U-shaped cutouts on the sides and place it upright. Install the ring Slide the ring down from the top of the cone piece so that the U-shaped features align and lock into the ring cutouts. Insert the locking cone piece Take the top cone piece and insert it from the bottom. Slightly bend the legs outward, then push them into place so that the pins snap into the holes in the ring. This final step locks all three parts together, creating a rigid cone. Note: For Version V3.0 the Cone uses two locking cone components and the ring has slots for them…
