Beschreibung

As I broke one of the OEM splash shield bolt on my 2017 DS3, so I designed and 3d printend new ones :)As an improvement to the DS design, which require to fasten all bolts simultaneously to secure the splash shield, I made the washer and the nut separate, this way the splash shield can be put in place first and then fastenend. (This also allows to replace one nut without having to take the whole shield down.)As my shield was locally craked, I designed a wider pad to secure the part in place without deepening the crack.Parts to print:OEM spare part: ecrou_OEMImproved spare part: Ecrou + RondellePAD configuration: Ecrou + PadPrinting advise:I printed my parts out of PETG with standard print settings.Edit: July 1st, 2026: Added OEM spare part, uploaded STEP files
