Consists of a model with temporary cylinders, the gingiva has been reduced for fitting purposes, the shell can be 3d-printed or milled with extra proximal mass if one wants to polish the bridge. The concept is of educational purposes and is a fool-proof solution to immediate implant loading even if guided surgery does not go according to plan. The positioning wings can be cut off post placement
