Beschreibung

This spice rack was made for a little 7.5” cupboard. It is a mixed project which has both a 3D printed frame with wood shelves. You will need to to a little cutting and drilling with wood to finish the project. The shelves could be printed out of plastic, but they will probably warp over time. You can expand this shelf to any size, but you might need more 3D printed supports in the middle to prevent shelf bowing. Materials: * Drill with a 3/16 bit * 3/16 piece of wood dowel rod for pins under shelves * 4’ piece of ¼” x 2” flat wood (oak, popular, pine) for shelves * Center punch * Tape * Glue Instructions: 3D Print the two side supports with 20% grid infill. Get a piece of ¼” thick by 2” wide wood for the shelves from your favorite big box store. I could only find ¼” x 2.25” wide and had to cut the width down by ¼” inch. Lay all your boards together flat and put a piece of tape on them to hold them in place. Tape the template to each side of the board. Use a center punch to mark the center of the hole on the temple Drill half way through the ¼” board Cut a piece of dowel rod approx ½” long Put a drop of glue into the hole Using a small hammer, tap to cut down rod into the hole with the glue Repeat for all 4 shelves Assemble with back support (either taped of glued in place)
