This is a cable organizer. here you get 4 sizes. You can print any of them. Here you get cable organizer for 4 cales, 6 cables, 8 cables, 10 cables. Use Materials PETG. The hole is 3mm I given. So, use 3M Screw or Bolt. I am providing both STL file and SLDPRT file. If you want, you can print or if you want you can edit by SolidWorks.
