There are many types of cables. This should hold you for now. A whole bunch of textured plates to create a large variaty of cables with putty. Simply place a putty snake between two tiles and roll. You get something that will pass as a cable, but what if you want it to have a uniform diameter, as cables should have? Here you get the option to do just that. From 0mm to 2mm in 0.1mm steps, and from 2mm to 8mm in 0.5mm steps, you can control the diameter of your cable, and keep it uniform over the full length (max 4cm). The first Image just shows and example of what you can do with this tool set. I used some fairly old Aves Apoxie Sculpt for all the cables pictured. All the light grey pieces are printed in PLA, all the dark grey ones in Resin. You can print all the pieces in either material*, but some make more sense in one or the other. *Your filament printer needs to be dialed in for high detail. Rectangle tiles printed fine for me, but the Triangle tiles don't have their sharp tops. The rounded parts seem fine. Also, textures that are close together wouldn't work. Test with a "Free" tile first. The display is also included with the files.
