This is a 3D-printable enclosure for the Raspberry Pi Zero 2, optimized for PET-G printing, ready for commercial use and easy assembly. -Precise fit for Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W. -Access to all ports: USB, micro HDMI, CSI, GPIO (routed to the bottom), and power. -Secure mounting: 4 × 2.5×20 mm screws + 4 brass heat-set nuts (height 4 mm, 3 mm also works). -Supports larger heatsinks – up to 10 mm height, attached directly to the processor. -Optimized for PET-G printing – durable, heat-resistant, and easy to post-process. -SD card access – may require gently using a small screwdriver or long fingernails ;) Perfect for makers, hobbyists, and DIY Raspberry Pi projects.
