The system combines 3D printed corner profiles with cardboard walls and reinforcement strips, which makes it lightweight, strong, and super easy to adapt. You can cut everything to fit your exact setup — no need for standard boxes anymore. These boxes are not only stackable and sturdy, but also perfect for keeping your workshop organized — especially when you need custom dimensions. 🧩 Highlights: Fully modular and scalable design 3D printed corner profiles & clamps Cardboard walls for easy customization Improved dovetail connectors (in A2) Perfect for workshop storage and organization Note: This Profiles are designed to work with full A3 Cardboard sheets (3mm thick), thats why they have a slot height of 297mm which makes a overall height of 308,5mm The reinforcement Profiles are made out of 3.5mm cardboard with 37mm side-length (If you cant get your hands on these, you can also 3d print these) A1 = Clamps using M3 screws A2 = Dovetail, no screws needed See a Video of the design and build process here: https://www.youtube.com/@techproknowledge
