English Engranaje Fidget is a pocket-sized sculpture: an object that invites curiosity, tactile play, and quiet focus. Inspired by classical mechanics, it’s crafted as a sensory tool for those who appreciate repetition, detail, and form. It operates through a clever magnetic system: six small cylindrical magnets (0.5 cm diameter) inserted into the gear, and a larger magnet anchoring the base. In addition to the six small cylindrical magnets, this design also requires one neodymium magnet measuring 0.7 cm in diameter and 0.3 cm thick for the base. This magnet is also easy to find online by searching: “7mm x 3mm neodymium magnet”. Due to production limitations, the magnets are not included, but they are easily available online. Just search for: “5mm diameter cylindrical neodymium magnets.” This choice leaves space for a simple and rewarding personalization experience.
