Hello everyone. A year ago I made an original souvenir and now I am posting the model on the site. This is a steampunk apple clock with the ability to play with it by opening the apple doors by pressing the button below. I put it in my office and the wow effect from my colleagues was cool. In addition to 3D printing, you certainly need to buy a built-in clock. But you can adjust the model of the front part (STP format) where they are inserted to install your version of a similar clock. My clock had the following dimensions: Outer diameter 38.4 mm Set diameter 32.6 mm Dial diameter 30 mm The main thing is that they do not interfere with the doors. Office rubber bands are installed inside the mechanism (see the assembly video) with which, by tying knots, you can adjust the tension force. The rubber bands are attached by installing a piece of 1.75 mm filament in the gears. I divided the axis, which is the button, in half in the slicer and also connected it with pieces of filament. In addition, I used screws, nuts, springs, washers: Washer M2x5x0.5 Spring 3x20 Spring 3x10 Nut M2 Screw M2x12 Screw M2x15 Brass heat-sealed incert TB-M2x6x3.5 Office elactic band S = 1,4 mm, D = 50 mm Included with the files is a detailed specification and some links where I personally bought some materials.
