This is a 3D printable MP5 shotgun shell magazine for airsoft use. Please note: development is currently on hold as I no longer own an MP5. Compared to my earlier ARP9 shell mag design, this version is optimized for more accessible materials and easier builds. No metal rods or exotic hardware required – this one uses standard 1.75mm filament as structural pins. 🔧 Features - BB retention system (only 1 BB drops per shell) - Compatible with CYMA and ASG shotgun shells - Pushout spring for smooth release - Single-action lever release – fast and simple 🛠️ What You’ll Need - Screwdrivers - Small file or sandpaper - Pliers 📏 Required Materials - 2x Spring (4mm diameter, ~15mm length) - 1x M2.5x12mm bolt (for latch) - 1x M2x6mm screw (for shell opener) - ~5 cm of 1.75mm filament (used as pin – I recommend Sunlu TPU for durability) How to print This STL includes 2 versions: - S = Supported version (built-in supports) - No S = Clean version without supports All parts are pre-oriented for printing. Tested on a Prusa Mini+ with E3D OBX HF 0.4mm nozzle. Do not use a 0.6mm nozzle – tolerances are too tight.
