The inner diameter of the socket seat is 18mm, so it will easily accept a range of low temperature LED lights. Strings of LEDs work well too.Be sure to use low-temperature LEDs and pay close attention on first usage to ensure that any heat is not affecting the plastic. If heat is a concern, I recommend the “Skull Bulb Voronoi” design as it allows for more air circulation.The outer threads of the bulb will fit into a standard E-26 light bulb base.
