Crystal Dagger

Crystal dagger I designed inspired by a Dungeons & Dragons campaign. For decoration only - would not be effective as an actual weapon. The blade would probably look better if printed with clear resin on a resin printer.I used transparent purple PLA to print the blade and grey PLA for the handle.To weather the handle and give it a more stone-y look, I took it outside and threw it at the pavement a few dozen times, then gave it a rough sand, and then dry brushed on a couple different shades of grey. I also dry brushed some white to give the blade some highlights, and dry brushed some blue on that "jewel" area.For the twine around the handle I used ... twine.I might modify this later to be able to put lights inside the blade.Happy stabbing!
