Arcade Joystick BuildDisclaimerThis is something I made for fun and shared in case others find it useful. It isn't a perfect design, and there are probably areas that could be improved. The dimensions and methods described below are simply what worked for me.Parts ListScrews• 8 × M3 × 20 mm• 4 × M2 × 8 mmCoach Bolts• 8 × M5 × 30 mm coach bolts• 8 × M5 nutsButtons• 5 × DaierTek 12 mm momentary push-button switches• 6 × Happ-style 28 mm concave push buttonsJoystick• 1 × Arcade joystickPerspex / Polycarbonate• 1 × Perspex sheet, 150 × 200 × 3 mm• 1 × Polycarbonate sheet, approximately 145 × 190 × 5 mmUSB Controller• 1 × Arcade USB encoder boardArtwork• A4 printout on standard 80 gsm paper, trimmed to sizeGlue• Glue for controller board shelfFeet• Self-adhesive rubber feet (or similar)Tools Required• Printer (for artwork)• 3D printer with a build volume larger than 210 × 160 mm• 28 mm hole cutter (for the Perspex)• Drill• Small file set• JigsawDimensionsThe completed joystick measures approximately:210 × 160 × 72 mmPrinting NotesThe bottom and middle sections were printed using standard settings. The top section was printed with 80% infill to increase strength.Reinforcement PlateA polycarbonate sheet was fitted inside the joystick to reinforce the top panel. I did not test the design without it, as reinforcement was always part of the plan, so it may or may not be necessary.The polycarbonate was modified as follows:• The section behind the five small switches was cut away.• A…
