Medium Dragons and Mystery Eggs have been a staple of 3D printed toys for a while now, but the eggs can take a long time to print and use a lot of material, but not ours! Each medium egg uses only 61 grams of filament, which is just about how much filament a 60% dragon will take! Just give it a squeeze and and they'll pop right open! The unique design allows for maximum internal space and minimal material usage while still remaining strong. This means that you'll be able to fit much larger items in these eggs and they print way faster and with much less material than any other eggs out there! Good bed adhesion is very important for the tops of the eggs. I generally have no problem printing 3 sets on a plate and I can fit about 80-85 of them in a 45-quart tote. Some filaments with poor bed adhesion will benefit from a small internal brim. I generally avoid external brims to keep the outer surface as smooth as possible. Printing slower will help make the eggs nice and shiny, smooth, strong, and reduces the risk of them getting knocked off of the build plate.
