Trachea Support

This trachea support was designed to enhance the fixation and alignment of respiratory circuits in pulmonary ventilation equipment, ensuring greater stability and efficiency in patient support. Made from PETG, the support consists of two identical articulated pieces that should be printed on a 3D printer compatible with this material. After printing, the contact surfaces should be cleaned to ensure proper adhesion, and a uniform layer of Superbond glue should be applied. The pieces must be positioned with their edges properly aligned and left to dry for the adhesive’s recommended curing time. After drying, the assembly’s integrity should be checked to ensure the pieces are firmly bonded and ready for use.
