This character is Scratchy, one of the two characters from Tomy Daly or Itchy & Scratchy—an extremely violent and gory parody of cat-and-mouse cartoons such as Tom and Jerry, Herman and Katnip, Pixie and Dixie, and Mr. Jinks. The Italian comic strip “Ratón Chillón” is also considered an inspiration for the characters. Each component is color-coded, making direct printing easy without the need for AMS.
