3D Printable Vacuum Gripper for Motoman / Yaskawa GP7 Robot This vacuum gripper is a 3D-printable, modular end-of-arm tool, designed for lightweight robotic automation tasks such as pick-and-place, palletizing, and general material handling. It is ideal for prototyping and custom integration in flexible manufacturing environments. The gripper features internal vacuum channels built directly into the body, reducing external tubing and simplifying the overall pneumatic setup. It supports up to 12 standard suction cups with G1/8 thread. The suction ports are closed by default and must be manually drilled post printing, allowing the user to create only the connections needed. This provides a customizable configuration tailored to the object being handled. The gripper is designed for direct mounting on a Yaskawa GP7 robot. The mounting holes are arranged in a circular pattern with a diameter of 31.5 mm. A total of eight holes have been included to provide flexibility in mounting options. While it is optimized for the GP7, the gripper can also be mounted on other robots or flanges, or even integrated into a larger gripper system with multiple functions. One model version are included: Blank-hole model: Comes with smooth holes for manual post-print threading (e.g. G1/8), offering great control over fit and sealing.
