A peer of that lord may coil in a frame no larger than the weapon it operates. The choice is functional, not ceremonial. They are wrapped around weapons that should never fit them. Ancient sidearms scaled to long-vanished giants. Tube-batteries grafted to broken pillars from the era before measurement. The construct is not a gun crew. It is the gun's mind.
