Recently i had to repair the sliding doors of an old closet. The old rollers had a lot of resistance from the very beginning until they finally seized up. I replaced them with corners with large wheels on cartridge bearings. I also modified the upper locks so that they do not rub against the upper rails like the original ones. I know I used a lot of screws, but the door is large and weights a bit, so I didn't want to skimp on materials or durability. Result - no resistance + bulletproof :) 2 versions - designed both for 16,5mm and 18mm door thickness, both reqiure the same corner cutout (40mm x 60mm). Every part is designed to be printed without supports. Exploded wiev on photo nr. 12 and 13. Advices: - Before installation check if the bottom rail is straight and leveled. - The corner should protrude beyond the lower edge of the door by 0.5 - 1 mm (check photo nr. 14). You can go without offset but in this case rail must be perfectly straight in level. Therefore if rail is in bad condition (curved, not in level) you can increase offset to 2mm. - For best performance round the wheel with file or sandpaper (photo nr. 4).
