Beschreibung

This torso, originally part of a full figure, wears a headdress crowned with a crest of a raptorial bird, possibly a harpy eagle (harpia harpya). Birds of prey such as eagles, hawks and falcons were considered solar creatures because of their daytime hunting habits.
