It is made in two parts The Outer Cutter and the Inner Stamper Cutter height 7cm Cutter width 5cm Height of the Cutter is 12mm, The Perimeters the walls of the Cutter (1.2mm) with a Bizel the Cutter ending in a thickness of only (0.4mm) to resemble a knife edge and give it more penetrating and cutting power into the dough.
