Headphone Stand - Customizable name plate Stylish headphone stand with a fully customizable name plate. Makes a great gift. All parts fit a 220mm bed - (Ender 3) An easy print - no supports needed!! VERY IMPORTANT - see the note about scaling all designs to 125% below!! ===3 part design=== 1 - Base 2 - Upright 3 - Name Plate I've added a blank name plate if you'd like to add a name or initials. I've also included name plates with individual letters if you'd like to print initials for a first name. The base has circular recesses for rubber furniture bumpers to make sure the finished stand doesn't slide around. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS: Print up the base first and then the upright. The upright will fit into the base by squeezing the bottom slightly. After checking the fit - grab some sandpaper and rough up the edges of the upright that will be contcting the bottom and outer sides of the base. Add some CA glue to each of the sides in the base and a bit on the edge of the "foot" of the upright that'll go in first. I use "Gorilla Glue" because it's not super runny - the consistency gives you a better chance of not spilling anything! Carefully place the first side of the upright into the base. Add some more glue to the other foot - drop it in place. Let that dry for at least an hour. To place the name plate it position: Again - do a dry fit to make sure the piece will fit in the recesses of the upright.
