Corner Scraper — 120° & 75° angles (dual-ended)🧩 Description / Design ConceptDual-ended corner scraper featuring 120° and 75° working edges.The 120° side is great for wide, open corners and chamfers (tubs, trays, boxes, tiled transitions).The 75° side reaches into tight or steep corners where most scrapers can’t get a clean angle.Designed as a lightweight, rigid tool with a reinforced body, it works equally well as a general-purpose plastic scraper around the house and in the workshop, and can also help with 3D-printer bed cleanup in hard-to-reach spots.🖨️ Printing orientation & tipsPrint flat on the bed, with one scraper face down. This keeps both angled edges straight and strong along the length of the tool.No supports needed in this orientation.Adhesion: PEI smooth or textured sheet with glue stick or another adhesion aid recommended.🛠️ Recommended settings (scrapers/spatulas)First layer: 0.24 mmNext layers: 0.12–0.20 mm (use 0.12 mm for sharper working edges)Bottom layers: 5Top layers: 5Walls / perimeters: 5Infill: 20–25% (Honeycomb or Gyroid)Top/Bottom pattern: Concentric for smooth scraper facesMaterial: PETG / ABS / ASA recommended for toughness and slight flex; PLA is possible but will wear and chip faster under heavy use📝 NotesUse the 120° end on wide corners and bevels, the 75° end on narrow or steep corners and tight transitions.After printing, lightly deburr or sand the edges (e.g. 400–600 grit) for an even smoother scrape.On printbeds, always slide the…
