This prostate massager has 2 ends that can be used. One has a more aggressive curve. Tried myself didnt take more than 5 minutes to adjust and feel the contractions. Can cum hands free with this. I did it after trying other p spot massagers like the Aneros that didnt quite hit mine. This goes deep and really hits it. Feels great Always clean the print up to make it smooth.
