He came from the planet Neptune, he did not just light up the sky in the nighttime but he walked around the planet and populated the planet. His full name is Julio StarMan Kadel JR. He just uses his middle name. When StarMan is not lighting up the sky, he sometimes visits Earth, and strolls around in a mortal disguise. StarMan is five billion years old.
