Description

Stwart's G3 Earring & Necklace - 3D Print File for Geometric Earring & Necklace - Girl's Fashion Accessories Meet one of geometry's most quietly extraordinary compact solids with this Stewart's G3 keychain and pendant set, precision-engineered for 3D printing. Stewart's G3 is a polyhedron whose faces are composed entirely of regular polygons all with the same edge length — comprising 3 pentagonal faces, 3 square faces, and 7 triangular faces — making it a member of the distinguished family of regular-faced polyhedra that sits alongside the Platonic solids, Archimedean solids, and Johnson solids in the hierarchy of geometrically rigorous polyhedral forms. What places G3 in a category entirely its own is the vertex it possesses that no Johnson solid, no Archimedean solid, and no Platonic solid contains anywhere in its structure: the 345-vertex, where a triangle, a square, and a pentagon meet simultaneously at a single point. Among the entire list of vertex types in polyhedral geometry, a 345-vertex — common to a triangle, a square, and a pentagon simultaneously — appears in none of the Johnson polyhedra and none of the uniform polyhedra, making G3 the simplest known solid to achieve this vertex configuration, and giving it a topological identity that no classical solid in any standard catalogue can replicate or match. G3 is a non-convex regular-faced polyhedron — the smallest known 5-4-3 acrohedron until the later discovery of a figure with one fewer face — named by Bonnie…
