DESCRIPTION This is a sturdy, ergonomic 3D-printed hand sanding block designed to work with any strip of sandpaper you prefer. The system uses a simple two-piece clamp mechanism: insert the sandpaper around the main body, tighten the screws, and you’re ready to sand flat surfaces, edges, or tight corners with excellent control. The model consists of two printable parts: Main block Clamp piece Both parts are optimized for FFF printing and require no supports. Perfect for workshop use, woodworking, metal finishing, or hobby projects.
