Standard settings (0.2mm layer height) work perfectly. For the best look, consider using a high-quality PLA or PETG. Step 2: Preparing the Holes Using a 1.8mm drill bit, carefully clean out the pre-designed holes in the frame. This ensures that the filament pins will fit snugly but allow the chair to fold smoothly. Step 3: Creating the Hinges Align the frame parts and slide a small piece of 1.75mm filament through the holes. Once the parts are connected, trim the excess filament flush with the frame. You can use a drop of glue or a warm metal surface to slightly mushroom the ends if you want a permanent lock.
