Here is my Singing Ghost Cat. it is 627mm tall and 528mm wide. All pieces are cut to fit an Ender 3 bed (220x200mm) although the largest piece will need to be rotated 45 degrees. Also included is the xmodel file with submodels and face definitions and a custom mount for 3/4 inch EMT. Edit: added test pieces for calibration. Edit 2: updated the EMT mount. the original set screw hole did not go all the way through to the EMT.
