This canopic jar lid has been sculpted and painted in the style and shape of a human head, standing at about 11.4 cm high and with a diameter of about 12 cm. The face is dyed red, the wig, the beard, the eyebrows, pupils and eyeline are in black, eyeball in white. The face is relatively wide and the gaze of the head goes slightly upwards. The lid is closed down by a cylinder which would have reached into the canopic vessel. The object dates back to the New Kingdom (ca. 1550-1069 BC) and entered the collection via the Lindenmuseum of Stuttgart. Inv. No. 1214 | Download free and paid 3D printable STL files
