My kids were fighting over this Ankylosaurus toy last week. After examining the toy for a bit, I made it a project to reverse engineer it without taking it apart to see what was inside. I'm no graphic designer, so I can't make the shell look anything like the original. My design doesn't require screws. It slips together tight enough to hold... at least for my printer. You need one of each part except the idler gear. You need two of those. I took pictures of each step for assembly, but Thingiverse isn't being kind, so they aren't staying in the order I set. I uploaded a pdf of the pictures in the correct build order. Not sure anybody's actually going to want to print one. Some parts definitely need support, particularly the feet and housing parts.
