Description

A 3D model of a two-stage cylindrical gearbox with a gear ratio of 7 is an ideal solution for visualization and integration into engineering projects and presentations. The gearbox consists of a main body, a removable cover, a hatch with a plug for convenient maintenance, as well as well as an additional open cover for monitoring the operation of the gear train (can be used instead of the standard cover). The design includes three shafts, each of which rotates on bearings. The archive contains two versions of bearings: with roller elements for increased reliability and a simplified model for easier use. Pulleys are installed on the output sections of the shafts, which ensure the transmission of torque to external mechanisms. The pulleys and gears are securely fixed to the shafts using dowels and locking rings, which guarantees precision and durability. The bearings are additionally protected by caps on the outside, and seals can be installed at the shaft outlets to prevent contamination and leakage of lubricants. The model is great for use in CAD programs, simulations, and demonstrations, and can also serve as a basis for creating technical documentation and training materials.
