This is a replacement mounting bracket (repair kit) for the Rear Corner Radar Sensor (Blind Spot Detection / BSD). Designed specifically for the Hyundai Sonata (Gen 8 / DN8). Fits Sensor Part Number: 99140-L1500 (99140L1500) The Problem: In minor rear-end collisions, the mounting tabs on the Blind Spot Radar sensor often snap off, while the electronic unit remains functional. The dealer usually sells the complete sensor assembly for over $400. The Solution: This 3D printable bracket encases the sensor and restores the factory mounting points. It allows you to reinstall the original sensor securely inside the rear bumper, clearing dashboard errors like "Blind Spot Collision Warning System Check". 🧩 Compatibility: Vehicle: Hyundai Sonata Years: 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 System: Rear Cross-Traffic Alert / Blind Spot Monitoring ⚠️ IMPORTANT PRINTING WARNING: Do NOT use PLA. These sensors are mounted inside the rear bumper (high heat environment). The radar module generates heat during operation. PLA will warp, causing sensor misalignment and system failure. Use only: ABS, ASA, PC, or Heat-Resistant Nylon. 🎁 GET 20% OFF YOUR NEXT PURCHASE! 🎁 I love seeing your prints! Post a picture of your print (a "Make") on this page.
