The design for this Iphone cover was designed with the idea of technological advancement over the ages. Years ago mechanisms such as clocks and other wind up cog based mechansism were the edge of breaking technology, as the years have gone by we have moved into complicated engines and electronic circuit boards, and mechanisms have become an old obsolete technology. This design has was inspired by the idea of marrying these to very different types of technology. What if a circuit board could be powered by a ticking clock. So this design is a concept image of what this sort of technology would look like combining the power of computer chips with the elegance and aestheics of the old.
