※ Requirements & Preparation ※ Before you begin assembly, please ensure you have the following items: -Hardware: 5 x M3*15mm Bolts (For securing the 4010 fan and the cover cone). -Fan: 4010 Fan (Higher RPM is better for performance. This model is optimized for 5V USB power, making it perfect for automotive use). -Aroma Stone: 353512mm Scented Stone (Aroma Stone). -Tools: Super glue (Optional), Sandpaper, Hand tap (Optional). Acrylic Foam Double-Sided Tape (For secure dashboard mounting without leaving residue). Assembly Instructions *Insert the Aroma Stone Base: Insert the base into the Jet Engine Casing. Ensure the hole is facing upward. The tolerances are designed to be very tight for a secure friction fit. -Tip: If the fit is loose due to printer variance, use a small amount of adhesive at the bottom. If it's too tight, lightly sand the sides. (My prototype fits perfectly without glue or sanding). *Check the Top Cover: Test the fit of the Aroma Stone Top Cover onto the base. Sanding is recommended if it's too tight. It should be snug enough to stay secure but easy enough to remove for future aroma stone replacements. *Prepare the Fan Grille & Cone: Before final assembly, pre-thread the holes in the Fan Grille and Fan Cone using an M3 bolt (or a hand tap if available). *Assemble the Rotating Parts: Sequence the assembly: Bolt → Propeller → Fan Grille → Cone.
