Swanky Kong returns in Donkey Kong Country 3, though his role depends on the version of the game, also appearing in locations of most of the world maps. In the Super Nintendo Entertainment System version, Swanky has a new outfit but he is only seen inside a barrel. Here, he ran Swanky's Sideshow, a circus-themed attraction where Dixie and Kiddy Kong could throw balls at targets for points in three modes, competing against Cranky Kong at the cost of Bear Coins. The minigame is entirely optional, and upon winning, the player is rewarded with Bear Coins and some banana bunches. In the Game Boy Advance version of the game, Swanky retains his outfit from Donkey Kong Country 2, and instead he ran Swanky's Dash, a virtual reality[2] dome. Only Dixie Kong can play the minigame (Kiddy Kong is too young to play it). It is an auto-runner minigame, where Dixie collects one hundred or more golden stars by going down a pipe while avoiding spiky balls, within a time limit of forty-five seconds. The rewards of minigame can be bananas, banana bunches, Bear Coins, red Extra Life Balloons, and a single Banana Bird.
