"The Dwarven Warrior" AI 2D: Flux "Dwarven Warrior with shield looking at camera" AI 3D: Hy3D (one homogenous sealed mesh, 100000 faces) Hollowing: MeshMixer Supporting: Lychee Resin : BlueCast X-One (been in the vat for over a year now!) 3D Printer: Phrozen 8K @ 50um This answers hopefully the question of whether AI generated CAD can be brought to the real world with minimal effort by even the lay person, using only free applications and AI, and using only "one click" automatic functions wherever possible. The only non automatic component in this was turning the model orientation upside down as its would be a disaster of a billion supports around his skirt the right way up.. can be argued this goes against the test.. but.. i think most people would realise by the second misprint this needed to be upside down so im letting that one slide. (Edit: I see Lychee has an auto orient button that would have turned it to nearly the same orientation) Important to note, every single part of the model survived, the only real issue in the process was me... I got a bit heavy handed on support removal and broke a few bits here and there... but, that would be true for lay people as well, so letting it be for the context of this post.
