Passat B6 phone holder

Description

Easy replacement of the factory phone holder. Use the same screws to tighten this holder. Use 3x25 bolt and 3mm nut to tighten the leg with ball to holder. I also made screw cover, to give more good looks. The holder has notch underneath to make possible pass the wire to your wireless charger, that you can fit on the leg with ball. *I made upgrade to housing (V8) and ball (V3). After using some time in my car i figured out that tension of the screw is losing and the phone holder rotates. You can tight the scew one more time, but i think it is design problem. I made a groove in the housing and inproved ball to be fixed well. Situation became better. *One more upgrade to housing (V9) and ball (V4). Now ball has clips and housing has holes for these clips. The dimension of screw cover was updated a little bit for better fit (1% less in X and Y). -Use only "Final" design. -Use only ASA or better plastic. PETG will not work for a long time. On sun it melts and do not hold tight. I used ASA and it works perfectly. PETG i had problems in summer.
