I’ve made a 70 mm centrifugal vacuum impeller designed to press-fit onto small DC motor shafts. I exported five variants so you can test which bore fits your specific motor best (printer tolerances vary):1.90 mm bore – tightest2.00 mm bore – common for 130-size motors2.10 mm bore – slightly looser2.30 mm bore – for some 3–6 V motors3.00 mm bore – larger shaftsSpecsOuter diameter: 70 mmBase thickness: 2 mmBlade height: 8 mm (total height ~10 mm)Blades: 12 straight radial, 1.6 mm thickHub OD: 10 mm (for strength)Central through-bore with the sizes listed above~2 mm clearance from blade tips to rim to avoid thin edgesPrinting tipsPrint flat on the base (no supports needed).0.2 mm layer height, 3–4 perimeters, 30–50% infill (Grid/Cubic).PLA is fine for testing; PETG/ABS recommended for durability. For a snug press-fit: start with the 2.00 mm bore; if it’s too tight, try 2.10 mm. You can also lightly ream with a 2.0–2.1 mm drill bit.
