This is a remix of WilliamRT's Plasma Generator (https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/game/plasma-generator). It's upscaled and hollowed out to accept tea lights (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07MYTZT48?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1). All you need to do is glue a parchment paper liner in the middle, and you've got a handy light up objective markers. I was inspired by a Reddit post (https://www.reddit.com/r/wargaming/comments/1i43mj4/reactor_objective_markers_i_made/).
