My Shield X felt a little snappy, so I engineered this recoil buffer to dull the metal-on-metal bite, and it helps! There are two versions here-- one is the full thickness (0.10") and the other is thinner (0.07") in case your Shield X doesn't cycle reliably with the thick one in place. I really like how it fits-- and stays put-- in the little machined recess in the slide. Print this using flexible TPU filament ONLY, and with the infill setting at 100%
