Drill Bit Box

Description

This is a versatile drill bit box that can be used for storing a wide variety of small items. Its standout feature is that I printed it using TPU filament, making it incredibly durable and nearly indestructible, even when tossed around in a toolbox with heavy tools. While I highly recommend using TPU for its flexibility and resilience, this design is compatible with other filaments as well. The box features a simple pull-and-push mechanism for opening and closing. If you find it slightly challenging to pull apart, you can squeeze the two corners without the round hooks to make it easier. To ensure optimal performance, make sure your 3D printer is well-calibrated to avoid tolerance issues during printing. This particular model was printed on my Ender 3 Pro, which I’ve upgraded to a Direct Drive system for better compatibility with flexible filaments like TPU.
