Corner Scraper — 75° (Also Useful on Printbeds) 🧩 Design Concept A purpose-built corner scraper for efficient cleanup in 75-degree angles. The body uses a lattice/grid structure to balance low weight and high stiffness. Also works well as a plastic scraper/spatula for everyday tasks and DIY projects where a metal tool would be too harsh. The handle side features a chamfered bottom edge so the tool pops off the build plate easily after printing. 🎯 Use Perfect for tidying up corners and print beds after 3D printing—removes brims, blobs, or glue residue without gouging the surface when used at a low angle. 🖨️ Printing Tips Orientation: Flat on the bed, handle up. Supports: Not required. Adhesion: PEI (smooth or textured); a light glue stick if needed. After printing, lightly deburr the edges for a cleaner feel. 🛠️ Recommended Settings Material: PETG or ABS for durability. PLA is possible, but will wear faster. First layer: 0.24 mm Next layers: 0.12 mm (smoother finish & a touch more flex) – 0.20 mm (faster print, more stiffness) Bottom layers: 5 Walls / perimeters: 5 Top/Bottom pattern: Concentric Perimeter generator: Arachne walls building engine (if your slicer supports it) Optional: enable ironing on the topmost surface for a cleaner finish🧰 Assembly None — prints as a single piece, ready to use. ☕ Support & Follow If you like my designs, follow me — more functional everyday prints are coming soon, including tool organizers, workshop helpers, and printable…
