XL Leprechaun for larger build plates above 300 by 300 by 300 XL Leprechaun Assembly Guide The XL Leprechaun is designed specifically for large format printers with a build volume of at least 300 by 300 by 300 millimeters. If you have a smaller printer, please download the Not So XL Leprechaun version instead. Quick Printing Specs Supports are required. Set the support threshold to 26 to minimize cleanup. Advanced users may prefer manual support painting. Infill recommendations are as follows. Large pieces should use 5 to 6 percent infill. Small pieces and connectors should use 10 to 12 percent infill. All Left and Right directions are from the model’s perspective looking outward, not from your perspective when viewing the model. Fitment and Scaling Always perform a dry fit before applying glue. If connector cavities were supported, they may fit tightly. If you experience fitment issues, reduce the connector scale by 1 to 2 percent. If you scale the entire model down, tolerances will also shrink. It is recommended to print a test piece and its connector first. Scale the connector down an additional 1 to 2 percent until the fit is correct. Suggested Filaments Recommended colors include green, orange, white, maroon red, brown, gold, beige for skin, and additional green tones.
