Mohammad Al-Mahdi Hai Pilgrims who enter the Prophet’s Mosque through the north gate named after King Fahd (Gate 22) arrive at a beautiful courtyard that lacks a concrete roof. In this area, the pilgrims of the Noble Prophet’s Mosque engage in prayer, supplication, and visitation to the Prophet’s Noble Rawda under a blue Medina sky. The names of the blessed Imams catch the eye of many pilgrims, especially the Shiites, as large umbrellas cover the inscriptions on this courtyard during the day when the sun is high. Observers often see pilgrims busy taking pictures of these sacred and luminous names. The word “Hay” (living) has been removed. Imam Mahdi is currently alive and among us. Nevertheless, he has hidden himself from our sight until the day when, with God’s permission, he will rise in Mecca and cleanse the world of evil…
