tem will print 39x39mm and 18mm thick with 10.1 mm hole for straw. Fits 40 oz tumbler. You can try and downsize, however the smaller the print the design integrity will lessen. Disclaimer: I cannot help you with your printer settings! These have all been tested and work flawlessly on my personal printer.
