Deployment The Main Gauche's name reflects its role as a companion vehicle, deployed in conjunction with a Galleon or similar light tank. The tank's slow speed, thin armor and absence of a turret make it a poor in-fighter. The accepted practice is for the Main Gauche to deploy overlooking the battlefield and provide long-range fire support for more agile units. The main gun of the Main Gauche is an Imperator Type II Light Gauss Rifle, a weapon that has an incredible range. The single magazine carries a ton of ammunition. In order to mount this, however, the tank forgoes speed, armor, a turret, and close-range weaponry. Its only backup is a pair of Voelkers Machine Guns, which are only a credible threat to unarmored infantry. Variants: - Base - C3 - XL - IFV
