Description

I assemble CNC machines using the well-known Open Builds system, and bought a ready-made kit from the Chinese manufacturer WorkBee. This manufacturer supplies a set with mechanical limit switches. They are not entirely reliable in my opinion. I purchased additional inductive proximity sensors TL-W5MC (TL-W5MF) and drew models of holders for them for all axes, it is easy to mount and works well. For the X axis the model is not symmetrical, and I made two options Left and Right. You will need for each holder along the X and Y axis: Screw M5 x 8 mm - 2 pcs. Cage nuts M5 - 2 pcs. Screw M3 x 12 mm - 2 pcs. M3 nuts - 2 pcs. For Z axis holder: Screw M5 x 14 mm - 2 pcs. Nuts with nylon insert M5 - 2 pcs. Screw M3 x 12 mm - 2 pcs. M3 nuts - 2 pcs. Metal corner 10 mm wide (for triggering the sensor) I also drew a holder for the popular LJ12A3-4-ZB sensors, but the application is more useful for the Y axis; I also attached this model. Perhaps you can use these holders to attach sensors to a 3D printer - since many of them are assembled using OpenBuilds components.
